Superplan makes scheduling software more affordable, with 25-person teams now paying $40/month

Barcelona, Spain — 8 July 2026 — Superplan announced new pricing for its employee scheduling and workforce operations platform.

Superplan introduces its flagship Team plan, priced at a flat $40 / €35 per month for teams with up to 25 employees.

The change cuts the cost of Superplan by more than 50% for a 25-person team. Under the previous price of $3.25 / €3 per employee, a team of 25 paid $81.25 per month. Under the new Team plan, the same team pays $40 per month, or $35 when paying annually - rendering even greater affordability.

Teams that need more seats can add extra employees for $2.50 / €2.15 per employee per month - or consider upgrading to the next tier that comes with 50 employee seats.

The change reflects how shift-based teams buy software. Small teams often need better scheduling before they have the budget, time, or patience for complex workforce tools. At the same time, spreadsheets, paper schedules, and WhatsApp chats stop working once the team starts to grow. Superplan gives those teams a simpler and more affordable way to get started.

The Team plan is built for growing businesses that need a full scheduling workflow without a per-seat bill from day one. It provides room to add people, test better processes, and move away from spreadsheets, WhatsApp chats, and manual rota tweaks.

Superplan also offers an Advanced plan for larger teams that need deeper access and stronger financial control. Advanced includes 50 employees, room to expand, full Superplan functionality, MCP connectivity for AI agents, API access, and SAML SSO. It is designed for teams with more complex operations that want to connect Superplan with their wider operating stack.
