Superplan has released companion apps for iPhone and Android, giving managers and employees a simpler way to stay connected to their schedules throughout the working day.
The apps are available now on the App Store and Google Play.
The schedule, without the desk
Most shift-based employees do not spend their day in front of a computer. Superplan Mobile gives everyone a clear, simple way to stay connected to work from the phone already in their pocket.
Employees can:
- see upcoming shifts at a glance
- view permitted team schedules and Open shifts
- receive notifications when schedules change
- accept shifts and respond to work opportunities
- submit availability and manage time-off requests
- clock in, clock out and track their time
- sync shifts with Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar
- follow team chat and announcements
Managers get the same up-to-date view of schedules, attendance and team activity while away from their desks. Schedule creation and management remain in the Superplan web app, where the full planning workspace is available.
The mobile app stays focused on what matters during the working day: knowing when and where to work, seeing what has changed and taking the next action quickly. Available features depend on permissions, account settings and plan.
Stay current after the schedule is published
Publishing a schedule does not end the work. Availability changes, Open shifts need a response, employees clock in and out, and everyone needs to know when something changes.
Superplan Mobile brings those everyday actions into one focused app. Employees can check what is expected of them and respond without finding a computer or asking a manager for the latest information. Managers can see the current schedule and team activity while moving between locations or working away from their desks.
