This release expands scheduling control, improves automation setup, adds break tracking, and introduces a stronger employee record system.
New customizable rules
The new Rules Library in Settings lets teams define rest periods between shifts, tag special shifts (for example closers or nights), limit shift count in a period, set worktime thresholds, and configure additional fairness and compliance constraints.
Upgraded auto-scheduler
The auto-scheduler now has a simpler setup flow and clearer visuals, making it easier to apply rules and build schedules in fewer steps.
Breaks on time clock and timesheets
Employees can now start and stop breaks directly in time clock, see break events in history, and have breaks reflected in totals and reports for cleaner worked-time records.
New people directory
A new People Directory centralizes employee records and supports customizable profile fields with flexible data types so teams can capture details specific to their operations.
This release also includes bug fixes and interface improvements for everyday usability.
