Shiftparade has a new name: Superplan.
This is more than a rename. It reflects a larger product ambition: to build a smarter operating layer for shift-based teams — one that helps businesses plan work, fill gaps, track time, respond to changes, and keep operations moving with far less manual effort.
With this said, our vision is beyond this. Superplan will grow to offer an end-to-end, exhaustive workforce operating system, a super-tool that does the work for you, not with you.
Shiftparade described where we started: shift planning.
Superplan describes where we are going.
Ambition
Our ambition is to help shift-based businesses move from manual coordination to intelligent operations.
That means:
- schedules that understand constraints, availability, and staffing needs
- open shifts that help teams fill gaps faster
- time records that are easier to review and prepare
- operational changes that are easier to track
- employee experiences that feel clear, fast, and mobile-first
- all this ran by automation that reduces busywork without removing control. Increasingly, this means using agentic AI to help teams reason through workforce operations - not just display data, but help coordinate, suggest, explain, and act
Superplan is being built for businesses where workforce planning is not a back-office task, but a daily operating challenge.
Hospitality, retail, logistics, healthcare, cleaning, security, events, manufacturing, staffing, and field teams all face the same core pressure: work changes constantly, and the plan needs to keep up.
Welcome to Superplan.
